HOUSE SHARE - Private Bedroom and Semi-Private BathroomLooking for a housemate to share our spacious upper-level three bedroom & two-bathroom suite in a duplex! The suite has recently been renovated with new appliances and includes a dishwasher, washer and dryer. In addition to your private bedroom, you will have access to all common areas: kitchen, living room, two patios, and the back yard. There are two bathrooms, but only one has a shower. This is why I have labelled the bathroom "semi-private."You will be sharing the house with a young married couple (33 male, 28 female) and a friendly dog. One works in the film industry and the other is a personal care assistant at a veterinary hospital.Unfortunately, we cannot have any more pets at this time.The neighbourhood is calm and quiet, but very close to shops, restaurants, Coquitlam Center Mall, and grocery stores. It is also close to main driving routes such as Highway 1 and Lougheed. It is a 1-minute walk to the Coquitlam River, which is great for cooling off in the Summer and surrounded by a network of maintained walking trails.
