Rent 1 bedroom house in Eagle Lake

I am newly divorced guy looking to rent one of the room in my house. I would prefer a female, just because I feel like female more clean the guys. I am very clean person and like my roommate be the same. I have a fence big backyard, I do have a dog, if you have a pet, Im ok with that, as long you clean after them, and can get alone with my dog.
