Single working professional, I have 2 cats so not looking for anyone that has pets. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful and doesn't hate cats. The room is completely furnished and private, bathroom and powder room will be shared with 4 other people. You will have your own designated cupboard and pantry cabinet to put your kitchen and food items. There is also an in-unit laundry and dryer. Living room is off limits it is reserved for private use for me and my family. But there is a common room dedicated for the boarders in the house to use. The location is near multiple grocery store chains such as FreshCo, Food basics, superstore, No Frills that are walking distance. It is near Cooksville GO Station and bus stops that directly brings you to UTM, Kipling Station, Port Credit bus station and Square One.
