Rent 1 bedroom apartment in Columbia

I'm looking for one roomie for November tenth. My current roommate is moving out of state in November and that's when the lease renews. I do not have a dog but I am pet friendly as long as they are friendly! You must be cleanly . Rent will be split down the e can discuss wifi prices .I am on disability and get job and financial assistance so My life is calm and easy going. No parties or chaos. My roommate currently has the master bedroom which has a bigger tub and a door leading to the porch. I didn't want to take pictures of his living space so I took pictures of mine.
