Rent 4 bedroom house in Aurora

Room available in tri-level 4 room house. Rent includes utilities and wifi. Use of hot tub and fire pit in back yard. Dog(s) have 24/7 access to yard. My dogs Tucker and Lucy rules the roost and gives final approval. Street parking. We are a fairly active house. Located in a nice aurora neighborhood. Near i70 and tower. Walmart is a 5 minute drive away. U can walk to bus line in about 5 minutes. You will be responsible for cleaning up after yourself. As well as shared basic house cleaning to help maintain cleanliness. House looks lived in. I live in the master bedroom with my dog Lucy. This is a 4 room house. . And my 21 yr old daughter stays in one of the lower level rooms next to your female roomate Jeanne. The Open room is in upper level. Would prefer to fill spot with another female but isn’t necessary.
