Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Sheridan

Private room for rentHello! I'm looking to lease the second bedroom in my apartment located near River Point in Sheridan. Ideally move in date would be early to mid September. The area is great, there is a nice trail very close by, shopping, food, and a convenience store across the street. The unit does have a washer and dryer, full kitchen, the bedroom for rent is a good size, and we have a dishwasher. I do have a cat that is a very sweet and loving boy, however he can be distressed by other animals. I would be willing to discuss having an older/calm dog in the house if need be.
