Hello, I am listing for rent a large and bright master bedroom for rent in a 2x2 condo. The room is very bright and spacious, and the room will also have its own private bathroom that has a stand-up shower. The condo is on the 1st floor of a nice garden-style community central to many great shops and restaurants. The living room in the condo already has furniture. This place is great for someone who does not have a lot of stuff. The ideal roommate would need to be clean, quiet, respectful, and a non-smoker as well, and be a working professional. My current roommate who is leaving has kept the room in great condition and has been very responsible in paying rent while being very clean and quiet too. The financial requirement for the potential roommate would be that they have good credit as well as a stable job. I would prefer that they work outside the home, but I am open to those who work at home. This all depends on the person. Their gross income would need to be 2.5 times or higher than the base rent. The condo community also offers great amenities such as a pool, gym, sauna, and tennis courts. The location is near Scripps Hospital, UCSD, and minutes from the beach. The location is central to many convenient shopping centers.
