We are 2 males in our 20s and 30s who enjoy sports , anime , manga and gaming who are looking for someone with similar interests just to make getting to know each other a breeze. We keep a VERY chill and calm household and are looking for someone similar. You don’t have to be a neat or clean freak but appreciate some tidiness. We are 420 friendly and animals are welcome The bedroom easily fits a queen size with space available but ideally a full size for maximum space availability. The apartment is located in central Harlem with coffee shops , restaurants, bars , gyms , transportation and tons of local retail available. Rent for the space is $1450 due at signing plus a deposit of the same amount which will be refunded at the end of the leasing term.
