Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Chicago

Hi! I have a spare bedroom to rent in my 2 bed 2 bath, 3 apartment condo in West Town a block away from Eckhart Park, Chicago Avenue and Ashland. Walking distance to Chicago and Division blue line stops and multiple bus routes. Also super close to the 94. I am the owner of the apartment and live here alone. The apartment is fully furnished with fast broadband, television, fully kitted kitchen, in-unit laundry, working utilities etc. The bedroom on offer has its own bathroom (not en-suite) next to it; I use my own bathroom in my en-suite room down the hallway. The apartment has 3 outdoor spaces: 1. A balcony leading from the living room. 2. A patio leading from my bedroom and 3. A massive roof deck built on top of the 3 car carage, with a barbeque and seating. It comes UNFURNISHED although i include how i furnished it before to give a sense of the size and space of the room. I do have a few odds and ends (a desk chair, ottoman, and some other bits and bobs if you're interested).I do not have a car so I have a free garage parking space my room mate can use at no extra cost - a RARE amenity to find with a spare room in the City of Chicago. About me: I have taken a year off work and am now a student at Northwestern in Evanston doing a 1 year postgraduate program. I am in class Monday to Thursday and home Fri-Sat. I am therefore very light on utilities. I do not smoke or drink, and live a pretty healthy life style and hoping to find someone with a similar lifestyle.
