Rent 4 bedroom house in Indio

This is a gated community with good neighbors. The entire upstairs is included. Large bedroom, bathroom and loft. Two roommates that are respectful and will respect your privacy. It is furnished except for the bedroom which can be furnished if needed. No pets and no smoking. Looking for a cool roommate that is also respectful. We don't have a lot of people over except occasionally and would expect the same. Although we are both bartenders and sometimes work late hours we do try and keep the noise down between 11 pm and 8 am. Close to the freeway so it's an easy access to everything.
