Hi!I have a Bedroom available in my Apartment Located within a 5 minute walk to Roosevelt Ave/ 74th Street Subway station ( F, E, M, R, 7 lines). It's 20 minutes to get into Manhattan by subway. Everything you need is within walking distance: Supermarket on same block, pharmacy a block away, Citi bikes 2 blocks away, and lots of restaurant options! The Bedroom is large enough to be set up as a small Studio. 14.5 X 12 FT. Fits a Full/Queen bed, small couch, dresser and TV stand or desk. There is large closet in the room as well as two windows. The bathroom is right outside your bedroom.Room will be unfurnished. The small dresser seen next to the bed can be used if you need it or I can remove it.I'm using the Living room as a bedroom/living space for myself. This is a 1 bedroom apartment. The kitchen and bathroom are shared.There is an elevator and laundry in the building.About me: I'm from Brazil but grew up in NYC from an early age . I love to travel but also very much enjoy being a tourist in my own city as there is always something new to do and see here. I am easy going, positive and treat people with respect and looking for someone who is also a kind, positive person.I keep the place tidy & clean but I'm not type A.
