Hi there house hunters,I'm offering the master bedroom for rent in my three-bedroom unit in the Fox Hills neighborhood of Culver City. For those of you not familiar with the area, it's within walking distance to the Fox Hills Mall and Howard Hughes Center, and within three miles of LAX and five miles from Marina Del Rey. The area itself is gorgeous, with tree-lined streets and nearby parks with walking tracks and tennis courts. It's a clean, safe neighborhood and a wonderful area to call home, and the rent is reasonable for West LA.The bedroom comes with its own private bathroom and has a closet with sliding doors. There is a window that looks over the neighbour's balcony.The current tenant is 42. I work full-time from home with an online auction site. I'm not messy, but not meticulously clean either; just tidy. I'm not a smoker, drink rarely, or nor do drugs, and am very responsible and have always paid rent on time. The same is requested from you, and any illegal substances in the home are not allowed as the complex has a zero tolerance policy. Totally open to having a cat as an addition to the home. Although this is a roommate situation and I don't expect to be best friends with you (wouldn't hurt though), hopefully we can have a rapport and I really want to make you feel comfortable, this is your home as well! I'm really into anything car related and travel, so maybe we'll have some common interests?The apartment itself is massive!!! The living room is huge and the unit comes with a bar. The master bedroom is average sized and is $1,300/mo. Utilities (Spectrum internet/electricity) is about $90-100 extra per month for your share.The apartment is furnished and I want to make sure you feel at home. You're welcome to have friends over and also encourage you to add your own touches to the apartment if you want.I've in this unit for over 15 years and get along great with the landlord and neighbours; it's a nice community feeling. There is a gym in the complex, as well as a pool, sauna, and a coin-operated laundry. You do get your own parking space downstairs in the secured underground garage.
