Hi, I am a single mom living with my two children 16 and 18. We have a small friendly Maltipoo and one kitten. The master bedroom is furnished with a comfy king size bed. Includes 2 walk in closets.I would like a professional tenant that works out of the house during the day preferably. However, if the fit is right, I am flexible on that.We are in a residential area with plenty of street parking. Laundry facilities on site. All utilities included as well as high speed internet.I am very clean and would need a tenant that also likes to keep the shared areas clean. Other than that, we are very laid back around here. We are a first-floor unit, bedroom gets great light and has new hardwood floors.
