Home comes with washer and dryer and a spacious fenced in backyard with garden beds, outdoor lighting, and a fire pit. Cozy shared spaces with hardwood floors, natural lighting, and indoor plants. LGBTQIA+ friendly. Close to downtown and Churchill, Fulton is a quiet neighborhood with large trees and a community feel. It is within biking distance of coffee shops, breweries, restaurants, and parks. It is off the Cap Trail, close to the river, and near Interstate 95 and 64 for easy access to other parts of the city and surrounding areas. You'd be sharing the home with me and my dog Michigan. She is super friendly with humans but doesn't always get along with other animals so I'm not able to bring in other pets. I am a morning person in my 30's who spends most of my time outside.
