Plus there are all brand new, state-of-the-art appliances This amazing property also features a quiet backyard with a heated saltwater pool/spa surrounded by lush, tropical plants, great for relaxing and unwinding after a long day.-----No pets please as there are two very sweet and friendly house kitties.Common areas like living room, kitchen, dining area, laundry room are always available and feature new, state-of-the-art appliances. You can expect a clean and organized shared living space.The (your) bathroom is somewhat private, while not attached to the available room, it is directly across from it.This room comes with a driveway space for easy, free parking. And for visitors, there is abundant street parking.All utilities are included, however the pool/spa will cost extra because gas is so expensive.
