Room for lease in College Area! I’m leasing my private double room for two months - June & July 2024 with opportunity to renew for 12 months from July. Very spacious, airy and bright room. At the end of a corridor from from the main house so has good privacy and easy access to garden. Comes furnished with everything in the photos inc. really comfortable mattress. House has front and rear garden, large well equipped kitchen, large living/dining room and three bathrooms. Room comes with access to bathroom shared with one other person. Rent is $1260 but open to negotiate on a reduction given the short term. House shared with a mix of students and young professionals, everyone is very friendly, considerate and easy to live with.
