The house is quite spacious with an open plan kitchen & lounge and a separate bath/shower and toilet. There is a nice sunny outdoor area which is great for BBQ 's in the summer. It's a very relaxed, no stress, quiet setting with off street parking available. The kitchen and lounge area have views of the stream below the garden. Rent is $270 large room or $200 small room plus $30 for power, water and internet. However, this is negotiable depending on circumstances. We also have an adorable cat called Tommy. There is a beautiful bush walk nearby and views of the stream at the bottom of the property.Ideally looking for someone who is fairly independent, preferably Christian, male, working full time & has own transport.
