Helping our busy 23 yo daughter find a new roommate. Large condo room which comes furnished with a full sized adjustable bed and a dresser (not in photo due to current roommate using own furniture) or can be rented unfurnished if needed. Also with shared full bathroom (tub/shower and vanity), shared kitchen w/full sized refrigerator and shared large walk-in closet. Seeking preferably female roommate to share a condo with our 23 yo daughter and her super sweet, trained, medium-sized dog. Will consider roommate with a cat if cat can get along with dog. Pool and laundry room on premises, water/hot water included in rent, has a/c unit, wall heater and a large attached outdoor patio with a small shed. Shared cost of gas/electric and internet. Plenty of off street parking available. Very safe apartment complex, close freeway access, multiple gas stations and is walking distance to Starbucks, Albertsons, Grocery Outlet and many other stores/eateries. You’ll love this place!
