Hi, we have 1 bedroom with shared bathroom in W. San Jose. Located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Environment is calm, friendly, and positive, no drama. If you value peace and quiet this is it. Room can be furnished with dresser, closet and a futon. Room will be ready to move-in in January 2025. Access to common areas: kitchen, living/dining/shared bathroom/ backyard, washer/dryer. There is plenty of street parking and the driveway is first come first serveUtilities: $60 for water, electricity, garbage, and internet. About You: Working professional and/or a college student. Organized, clean and quiet. Very close to westgate center and a few min drive to hwy 85. Have a married couple currently living in the master bedroom and two working professionals living in two other bedrooms. Everyone is nice and easy going. You will be sharing the bathroom with two roommates. Women preferred
