Renting out my large bedroom, room has new queen size bed, table with adjustable height, tv with all programs, couch. Everything is newly furnished. Leaving for 2-3 months and open for month to month sublet until Dec 15th with the possibility of extending. Building has all the amenities, laundry room, gym, package room, lounge and doorman.
