The room is large and on the side of the property, so it affords privacy. It has plenty of lighting because it has two windows. Full size bathroom with the bathtub is next to the bedroom. There is also patio with table and plants in the backyard that can be enjoyed in the free time. There are two full size refrigerators so there is no problem with food storage. Kitchen is of reasonable size with a nice view to the backyard. All the utensils and pots and plates are available.The grocery stores are 5 minutes drive from home and Sprouts is walking distance.Location is very safe and many people walk their pets even in the night. There are beautiful old pine trees on the streets and lots of green grass. I have friendly, rescue dogs that assure extra safety in the house if one would be concerned. Neighborhood is friendly and everybody knows their neighbors.
