The room comes with a Cal King sized bed if you’d like to use it. The neighborhood is really nice and quiet. Light cooking is allowed, if you meal prep, even better. Also, the restroom will shared, but only you can use the shower. The beach is very close by and there’s Del Amo Mall is down the street. I’d prefer someone who is friendly with dogs and cats. I have one dog and one cat.Students and professionals are welcome.
