We're looking for a clean and considerate person who has proof of stable income, good work history and can pass a background/credit check. Great location on a quiet cul-de-sac in Canoga Park/West Hills. Parking is conveniently located on the large driveway just steps from the front door. Quiet married couple in their 20s and their 2 cats live in the 3 bedrooms at one end of the house, The bedroom and bathroom for rent are located at the other end of the house. Kitchen and living room are shared. There is a large fridge, new dishwasher and plenty of storage for dishes, food, etc. The washer and dryer are located in the garage, as are some storage shelves for use. All utilities are included in the rent: water, power, gas and WiFi. Unfortunately, we are not allowed any more pets.
