Rent a room in Escondido

Large unfurnished room in Old Town Escondido available in my triplex. Bathroom is a share, most utilities included except for gas/electric. Looking for FEMALE only please do not text if you are a male my young daughter comes to live with me every other week. Place has a washer and dryer in unit, a beautiful shared backyard, garage space for extra storage, and a small deck area with fire pit, plants, etc. Place is offset from street so room is quite. Living there is me, my daughter who only comes every other week and small very gentle dog Marvel. I work long shifts and my daughter and I are typically gone from 7am to 7pm most days. I am looking for someone else with a busy schedule. I work as a registered veterinary technician and am a clean and well organized person who loves to cook, take it easy at home, and in the rare occasion I play in the great outdoors.
