Large unfurnished room in Old Town Escondido available in triplex. Bathroom is shared, most utilities included except for gas/electric. Looking for FEMALE preferred please. My daughter comes to live with me every other week so a safe environment is important. There's a washer and dryer in unit, a beautiful shared backyard, garage space for extra storage, and a small deck area with fire pit, plants, etc. We are offset from street so room is pretty tranquil and neighbors are amazing . Residing in my place is of course me, my daughter (who only comes every other week), and small sweet companion dog Marvel and our rat Indie. I work long shifts and my daughter and I are typically gone from 7am to 7pm most days. I am seeking someone who has a busy schedule like me. I work as a registered veterinary technician but am shifting careers to own my own business. I am clean and well organized, I enjoy cooking good meals, taking it easy at home, and on rare occasions I play outdoors.
