Beautiful apartment with incredible amenities including a large gym, awesome pool & jacuzzie, sauna & steam room, & walking distance to everything one can ever want in midtown. Very healthy life style with entrepreneurs & fitness. Amazing views in the room when you go to bed & when you wake up. 100% complete privacy! Shared living room which is huge & shared kitchen/bathroom. Very clean & inviting space. I am a 24 yr old insurance agent I am gone most of the days. Amazing washer & dryer included. The pool is comparable to a resort type of pool & Jacuzzi. I did not have enough slides to post a picture of the gym but it is unbelievable. As well as the washer & dryer. You will not find a space like this with these type of amenities, location, privacy, structure. This should not last long as do need a roommate ASAP.
