Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Phoenix

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease for my apartment in Downtown Phoenix. It is walking distance from ASU's downtown campus.I am currently a grad student at ASU and I love my apartment, but due to outside circumstances I need to move back home. This is actually the best I've ever lived in and I am very sad to have to leave my apartment.Details:- Rent is $1,100 plus internet/utilities.- Located in the Roosevelt area. Cross streets are 1st Ave. and Roosevelt St.- Washer and dryer in unit- My room is very spacious and the closet is huge. It has a private bathroom inside the room.- You would be living with my current roommate, who is male and works in IT. - The lease is until August, with an option to renew.- Building is pet friendly.
