Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Reston

Hey everyone, my current roommate is moving back home so I am in need of someone to fill his room for the remainder of the lease end of July. The price of the room includes utilities and the monthly parking fee of $75, monthly bills could be less and if you don't have. car that would bring the total down as well. I have furniture in the living room but feel free to bring more if you have it. Roommate needs to be clean and respectful, I can be social but don't need to be. LGBTQ+ preferred.
