Hi! Looking for someone to take over my lease, starting November 1st-May. Looking for a student ages 18-25 female as the other person living there is a female. She has a cat who is very sweet and old. The apartment is located in West Avenue, which is a 15 minute walk to downtown and easy access to highways. This is a two bed, one bath.
