Rent a room in Chicago

I am moving from Chicago and am looking for someone to take over my room in a 3 bed 2 bath apartment in Lincoln Park. The apartment is very nice and the roommates are two of my good friends from school - they're very chill and easy to live with. The neighborhood is great - the apartment is only a couple minutes from the Armitage stop and is close to a ton of great restaurants, shops, and bars. The common areas in the apartment is already furnished by the existing roommates, and the room available is incredibly spacious (can comfortably fit a queen sized bed, desk, dresser, bookshelf, etc.).
