Rent 3 bedroom house in Newport Beach

Living the dream in this house. We are 2 laidback rommates who focus on work during the week and like socializing on the weekends. Normal schedules. Some partying and hosting during the weekend, guests are fine (we are chill and we communicate boundaries). This is the best location near the beach in the area. Hidden in plain sight. No crowding, central to Huntington, Costa Mesa and Peninsula. You will have access to 2 full bathrooms to use for 2 rommates (no waiting). The house is huge. There are kayaks and paddleboards you can use on the canal. And a private jacuzzi. Bbqing encouraged :) There is a club house a few steps down with a heated pool and sand volleyball courts. Neighborhood is very private and friendly. It's a 5 minute walk to the beach. House is packed with everything you need. Large TV, pool table, nice couches, brand new washer and dryer, full kitchen, 2 refrigerators, bike and surfboard racks. I'm always upgrading the house as I can, I have lived her for over 7 years. Room can fit a a king sized bed, nightstands and a desk/dresser. There is a large closet in the room. Plenty of storage in hallway closets for extra things and garage for large items.Plenty of street parking with 2 spots right in front of the house reserved (3 if we go on the curb). Summer parking is not too bad, we use the curb if we need to and never had issues. Club house can serve as extra parking on sweeping days during the week, but if you go to work is a non-factor. No annoying visitor parking issues for friends and no walking long distances on daily parking / grocery days. We split Utilities evenly in the house. Cleaners twice a month and we have a spa guy.
