The apt. has a great spacious feel to it with high ceilings in every room.The master bedroom has tall original windows, a 43" wall mounted TV & a comfortable double bed. The generously sized kitchen island separates the fully equipped kitchen from the living area consisting of a corner sofa coupled with another sofa bed. 5, large windows allow plenty of natural light into the room which enjoys a huge 55" TV. The island boasts three roll top bar stools and a rustic five bar pendant light offering an ambience come night time.Please note the TVs in this apartment have Smart TV features only such as iPlayers. We do not have terrestrial channels currently.This building is shared with other permanent residents and we ask that guests keep this in mind, additionally we do only manage the apartment and not the communal areas.Guest Access:Guests have full access to the apartment, yours to call home!The Neighborhood:We are located in the right between the thriving business district and shopping and leisure area of Liverpool. Our apartment is within walking distance of all major attractions and taking the car is certainly not necessary! This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST.Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!The store is open from[HIDDEN] on Mondays - Thursdays, on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.The apartment is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift in the building - please keep this in mind when booking.The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - Please adhere to these times unless otherwise agreed. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest.
