Rent 1 bedroom apartment in Los Angeles

My name is Liz! I am a queer girl in my late twenties who works professionally in animation. I am originally from the east coast but moved to Cali 2.5 years ago. I'm an oldest child ( yes that means I plan a lot.) and I am Irish/Latin. I share the three bedroom apartment with roommate Althea (she/her.) We are currently looking for a third roommate to take over the third bedroom!In my free time, I love to bake, cook and craft. I love trying new recipes or new food spots around town. I really enjoy connecting my friendship circles and building community! I'm known for hosting great TV nights or themed get togethers. I'm exploring new hobbies and the passions of my inner child!As a roommate, I practice consideration, generosity, and reciprocity. I believe in kind and direct communication. I clean dishes in the moment and if not in the moment, by the end of the day. I personally value a homey environment and try to honor it for others as well! Since I often cook/bake, I share meals I make with others. My current roommate and I have a chore chart we practice in addition to sharing costs in groceries and utilities.Hoping to post more photos of the common space and bedroom soon to give the real vibe of the place. It's a 3 bedroom with two 2 shared bathrooms. Only showers ( no bathtubs :() In unit washer and dryer. Bedroom is spacious and is located towards the back of the apartment with two closets in addition to windows with open light. As one of our roommates are moving out, the room will be unfurnished and there is some furniture in the living room my roommate/I will be adding again over time. But that means you could be part of recreating the space!
