Rent 1 bedroom house in London

We live in a quiet cul de sac in a leafy suburb near Crystal Palace Park in South East London with easy access to public transport and shops.There are 3 bedrooms in total, 1 bathroom, a spacious living room and dining area adjacent to a small but functional kitchen. A small conservatory opens into a decked patio overlooking a secluded and evergreen garden where there is also my Studio/workshop where I spend most of my time restoring oil paintings. I am also a tour manager and enjoy travelling around the world.We have one bicycle, which our guests are welcome to borrow during their stay. I share my house with my adult son , and a cute cat. Between the two of us, we speak English, Italian, French, Spanish and basic Japanese and we love food from all over the world.
