Rent 3 bedroom apartment in Los Angeles

My roommate and I have an open room in our 3 bedroom home located at the boarder of Sherman Oaks and Van Nuys. The room is available on 12/1 but we're flexible with move-in dates, it's more important that we get the right fit. Neither of us are big drinkers or smokers but we don't mind a roommate that drinks or smokes. Smoking outside is totally fine. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cats or dogs at the moment (I have two cats) but other kinds of pets we can consider.A little about the space: Large, two story unit in a 3 unit complex. Good size room with a spacious closet, shared bathroom with one roommate, big living room, dining room, and kitchen. $900 for the room ($1000 if you need a dedicated parking spot). Wifi, water, gas, electric is split 3 ways- I would estimate about 150/mo this time of year with a spike during the hottest parts of Summer. The neighborhood is quiet and we've had no issues with safety in the years we've been at the house. Our landlord Nick is a great dude- we're super lucky. The deposit is $1000 but Nick is cool with working out a payment plan. A little about the roommates: My name is Kelly (F) and I manage a restaurant in Studio City. I'm 40 and moved to Los Angeles from Portland, OR about 3 years ago. I love live comedy, animals, and exploring the LA food scene. I'm a big fan of podcasts- the favs being MFM, HDGTM, and Doughboys. I have lived in the apartment for 2 years. The previously mentioned cats are Georgie and Jasper. Georgie is the baby and is a shy guy, Jasper is the senior and is VERY friendly and chill. Think the Matthew McConaughey of cats. John Cody (M) owns a gamer dice company. He is 33 and is from Los Angeles. He loves board games, RPG's, the band Ghost, and is a voice actor and writer. JC works from home in the dining room a few hours a day but the space is still very usable during that time.We'd love to find someone with a similar living style to ours. We are relaxed, considerate, friendly, and very nerdy. Socially and politically progressive. We like a tidy home but aren't stringent- common sense contribution to the space. We are strong communicators and as issues arise we tackle them with charitable assumptions and always the moment. Passive-aggression is not something that you're going to find here.
