Rent 2 bedroom house in Hope Valley

My current housemate is moving out September 1st. The house is fully furnished but the bedroom. Bed is available. I like to keep a clean house including kitchen, I have a cat and a belgian malinois dog. Both animals are friendly. Must be okay with them. Common area is living room, the bedroom comes with access to backyard with a small porch, the bathroom is also a laundry room including a shower. Access to clubhouse, pool in the summer, small gym, pickle balls court, walking/running trails. We are really close to UNC and Duke University. Five Oaks neighborhood in durham close to Wegmans in chapel hill, Trader Joes, Food Lion, Whole Foods, Harris Teeter, Namu’s, New Hope Commons area. Awesome neighborhood with great neighbors for a mature responsible individual
