Rent 4 bedroom house in Irvine

Howdy :) I am Brooke 25, I live in a home in Irvine. Ive rented out the rooms to my good friends Umi, she is 30; and my friend Moses he is also 30. We have another room looking to be filled. There are a total of four rooms in the house, two stories, big living room, and dining room with a kitchen of course. There is a washer and drier here, along with plenty of parking. We are clean, fun and looking for someone who is also fun and responsible. smoking cigarettes is fine in the back yard; no hard drugs on the regular allowed. We are looking for a long term roommate, but would like to start with a 6 month lease to make sure its a good fit :)
