Hello! We’re looking for a new roommate in our apartment! It is a 4 bedroom apartment, shared with 3 super cool roommates (Jake(he/him), Alex(They/He), and Kathleen(She/Her.) The room itself fits a full/queen bed and has ample closet and storage space! Not to mention, 2 East facing windows! We’re on the 5th floor, but the view of the Manhattan skyline from our living room window makes it worth it! Alex and I are both actors and tour guides in the city. Kathleen is an actor as well and works at a spa (big perk is free spa time)! RENT: $925/month plus utilities (~$50-90, higher in the summer months with the AC) plus one-time $900 security deposit. Looking for someone to move in starting Jan. 1 (only $900/month for the 1st month). 1-year lease renewal starting 1/31/25. 1 bedroom (unfurnished) in a 4-bedroom, 1-bathroom, 5th-floor walkup. Comes with an AC unit and heater. Located in Astoria, Queens, right off the Astoria-Ditmars stop. Big enough for a full or queen-sized bed and a desk. Two windows with lots of great light and a wonderful view of the NYC skyline. A ton of closet space. There is laundry in the building. Building is a 5-min walk from the N/W train. Near lots of great bars, restaurants, and Lincoln Market/Trade Fair. Fantastic food trucks and Greek food. About a 10-minute walk from Astoria Park.You'd be moving in with 3 very kind, LBTQIA+, friendly roommates!!
