Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Pittsburgh

Hey everyone!I’m looking for a roommate to take over my current roommate’s portion of his lease in our cozy apartment. You would be subleasing from him as he is dropping his graduate program and moving away around the New Year. I am looking for a grad student or young professional, preferably 25 or older. You should be responsible, clean, and respectful of shared spaces.The Apartment:- Located in Friendship. It is within walking distance to Giant Eagle and Aldi. Very close to campus bus lines and many other lines are within a couple blocks.- Decent-sized living area, mostly-equipped kitchen, and a shared bathroom.- Small shared lot in alley behind building.- Rent is $1425 per month (total), not including utilities.- The lease ends August 15, with an option to renew if everything works out ok.I can be a social person but generally prefer a quieter home environment, so I don’t often invite people over. I’m looking for someone who values a peaceful living space but is also friendly.
