5 bedroom home currently renting out the downstairs bedroom with its own bathroom & own back door access so you don’t have to enter through the house if you choose not to. There’s parking available in front of the house, wifi and utilities included. Current residence include my mother, father, myself & two dogs. costco, better buzz & founders are walkable distance, with plenty other fast food options around. freeway entrance is down cactus. The community is quiet and all our neighbors are great.
