Rent includes utilities just split PG&E bill 3 ways. Super fast wifi and full access to the kitchen. Washer and dryer inside the house and shared bathroom with 1 roommate. House is off of Keagle st in West Sacramento and close to freeways and downtown Sac. And Sutter health park.Looking for a clean and quiet roommate that wants the same from their roommates. No pets and no party animals please.
