Rent 8 bedroom house in Hollywood

Hi! My name is Brianna. I currently have a roommate who is dirty & inconsiderate. Our lease is up in August I am staying but she has to go! I really need someone who is CLEAN!!! and Responsible! Please no food containers left in your room for wks!! It is a duplex so it is a house in a beautiful area in Hollywood centrally located to everything. There is a yard with a pool, Washer & dryer. I have a bathroom in my room so u would have your own bathroom. My landlord is amazing he is a 86 yr old italian guy who lives in Pittsburgh & comes down here in the winter for a few months. He lives in the house next door for those months. He’s really sweet & takes amazing care of the property. Pool guy comes on Mondays & yard maintenance every 2 weeks.
