We have two reserved tandem parking spaces in a secure garage, along with guest parking options.The complex includes a pool, jacuzzi, and a small gym, with easy access to the 405 freeway.There are a couple of minor water damage spots from past roof leaks, but our landlord is currently addressing this, and a repair project is planned.I’m looking for a friendly female roommate to join our home who loves animals and can pull their weight with shared household cleaning.
