Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Santa Ana

Hello, currently looking for a female roommate ASAP in the city of Santa Ana for mid December. 2bed 1bath. Or starting January 1st /month not including utilities. (But will pay a prorated amount for the month of December!)Deposit is the same as rent.Utilities should be no more than $100/monthA little about me, I work and go to school part time. I do have a small dog. Open to another dog under 20lbs 🙂 I like spending my time at home cleaning, watching tv, etc. I am very clean and respectful and looking for someone who’s the same 🙂You’d have your own parking spot. Washer and dryer in unit ready by January. Room is small so it’s good for someone who doesn’t have a lot of stuff. A background check is required, proof of income, and a good credit score. We can work something out if credit is not great but income is stable.
