Hello, I'm a professionally employed mature male looking and ideally looking for professionally employed or retired roommate. Please be financially responsible with good credit and no criminal record. The Apartment is located near 101 and Warner rd. at Hohokam Villas. The bedroom is medium to large. Apt is~ 1000 Square feet and you would have the 2nd bedroom and your own Private large bathroom, wall to wall closet. If you need a bed I can provide, and a large dresser for clothes etc. The place is quite spacious. My previous roommate recently moved out and the place is perfectly clean. There is an Niche within the living room area wall that can used for extra storage. I'm fairly neat and expect similar. Plus an external closet accessible via the Patio. I also have a 10x5 storage unit located within one mile that is half full if you need extra storage. The neighbors are very quiet and most have been there for many years.
