Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Costa Mesa

1 bedroom with private bathroom in room. No pets allowed as I already have 2 cats and am at the max pet limit. Please be clean, no smoking, drugs or parties. Looking for a responsible, clean and professional person. I work in the service industry at nights so an ideal roommate would be a person with a day job so we can each have out own space. We don't have to be besties or even friends, just cordial, respectful of each others space and open/honest communication. Must be able to pass credit check my apt mgmt does to be added to the lease. Rent DOESN'T include utilities, internet and must be added to my renter's insurance policy which is REQUIRED by my apts.
