Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Spokane

Hello,I am looking for a roommate to replace my current one who is moving out in December. I am in an apartment with 2 beds and 2 baths, shared living space and kitchen and balcony. The neighborhood is South Hill and is relatively safe, close to a grocery store and multiple coffee shops/parks. I am looking for someone who cleans up after themselves every day (clean up every time you cook, put away things when not using them in shared space) and puts forth effort to be considerate of the shared common space and cleanliness and makes time each week to clean out the fridge, sweep or vacuum to at least some degree. I am graduating nursing school in December and will be starting my nursing career shortly thereafter.The rooms are carpeted but the shared living space is fake hardwood. There is a patio area as well. I expect that you will not be disruptive late at night (after 9pm) on my worknights so that I can sleep. Please turn down the TV at night so that I can sleep. I accept that everyone wants to have fun and have guests over/drink but this needs to be communicated beforehand so behavior is not disruptive and unexpected between us. I own a cat who roams the common space and has a litterbox in my personal restroom. I also own a bearded dragon but she is kept in my room.I am into fitness and workout everyday/make an effort to eat healthy, but I don't mind if that's not your lifestyle, just know that it's mine.I would also like to make a room contract with whoever I room with because it holds us accountable and I get stressed when things get messy/things out of control.
