Rent a room in Alexandria

Renting out the master bedroom in my condo. Spacious area for the bed, tv mount ready and ceiling fan for extra comfort. There is also a spacious walk in closet with a mini vanity set up. The Master bathroom is also included and recently renovated. Huge shower and great deep bathroom with a double sink vanity. The kitchen and living room are furnished shared spaces. All appliances are updated to include the washer and dryer. Home is also updated with random amenities and comforts, i. e. google home base, key access and thermostat. Garage space is available but it’s better for storage, Neighborhood is a quiet, pet and kid friendly and I’m fine with pet in the house as long as it’s trained. Great school zone and right up the road from Ft Belvoir, shopping centers and 495. Looking for someone that’s responsible and respectful. Simple rules, no smoking and take your shoes off at the door.
