The apartment has in unit laundry. I have a once a month cleaning service to do a general cleaning of common areas and bathrooms. Amenities:Fitness Center, Pool, hot tub, 24 hour maintenance, community BBQ, covered parking, gated community, package lockers, About me:I am a working professional that is out of the home by 6am until 6pm, Monday - Friday. I don’t have any children or pets. I don’t have any visitors as I recently relocated to the area. So the home environment is naturally quiet and relaxed. I meal prep so I only use the kitchen 2~3 times a week. I also travel 1-2 times per month for personal and business.
