Rent 5 bedroom house in Hillsborough

Rent $735 + utilitiesWe are looking for a third person to begin a 12 month lease with us beginning 11/30/24. The third roommate is currently moving out so move in availability would begin in late September/early October before the lease is renewed, but we would specifically want some who would sign onto the renewed lease in November. The house is right by downtown Hillsborough and only 5 or so minutes from I-85. Parking available for up to 4 cars.You would have the master bedroom with attached master bath and closet to yourself. The bedroom will be unfurnished. Bedroom is on the second floor with fully furnished living room, dining room, and kitchen on the first floor. Pet's are welcome but you'll have to pay a pet deposit.
