Rent 2 bedroom apartment in Lakewood

I am renting a townhouse in Lakewood at 20th and Simms. I have a large bedroom that would be a great situation for someone. The room is just over 17' long including a 2' closet and just over 10' wide. I just had the carpet professionally cleaned. There is a nice bathroom right outside the room and a washer and dryer right outside the room as well. The shower is located upstairs. No mountain views but in the morning the sky is fantastic out of that window and at night the moon is in full glory. It can be sunny in the mornings; I have black out curtains for you if you want them. High speed internet and Xcel are both included. There is also one parking space for you. Management here charges a pet fee so if you have a small pet the rent will go up $17 a month. If you need it, there is a bus line on Colfax and also on 20th.I am very healthy and active, working and easy to get along with. The lease here is a year but I am open to talking to you about what you need. I have a parrot and a sweet little dog.It's quiet, safe and clean here.
